Who is one neighbor you could help this week?
Illustration
You already know how to love yourself. When you are hungry, you eat. When you are cold, you grab a blanket. Loving your neighbor means paying the same attention to their needs that you naturally pay to your own. God placed specific people around you: family, classmates, neighbors. They are not there by accident. They are your calling.
Application
Look around at school, at home, or in your neighborhood this week and find one person who needs something you can give: a kind word, help carrying something, an invitation to sit with you at lunch. Because God calls you to love your neighbor, start with the one closest to you.
