Everything we need for our souls and our bodies, as summed up in the prayer that Christ our Lord taught us himself.

A child at the dinner table does not just ask for dessert. She also asks for water, help cutting her food, and a napkin. God invites us to bring all of our needs to him. Spiritual needs like forgiveness and physical needs like food and health both matter to him.
Application
Make a short list of things you need this week. Include at least one thing for your body and one thing for your soul. Pray through that list each day. Because God cares about your whole life, nothing is too small to bring to him.
